SEEDS - AFTER THE RAIN

He lives and works in Selangor, Malaysia
Echoing the growth of a fruit into a container so that it grows into the shape of the container, Mohammad has managed to provoke the viewer to self-inquire, as his work resembles a seed (potential for growth) that has developed around the ropes that confine it. Hence, the odd shape of this substance. This confinement represents our circumstances, external environment and our biological inclinations, and that, we have no choice but to shape ourselves around it.
Furthermore, the ceramic material tells us that once a substance has hardened, potential for growth is unlikely. Seeds - After the rain was exhibited at KL Biennale, National Art Gallery 2018.
